Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 6 slices streaky bacon, smoked & diced
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups washed baby spinach
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Choose Preheat on your Cosori air fryer. Switch the heating to 350°F and tap Start/Pause button

  • ½ chopped onion, medium
  • ½ cup potato sliced into ¾-inch cubes
  • ½ cup frozen carrots & peas
  • 2 tbsp butter, divided
  • 1/8 cup minced, skinless green apple
  • 2 tbsp butter, divided
  • 1 tbsp sherry wine
  • 2 cups water
  • 1¼ cup chicken stock, divided
  • 1½ tablespoon all-purpose flour, divided
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 6 ounces turkey breast chopped into ½-inch cubes
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1¼ tsp thyme, copped & divided
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8×8-inch square packaged puff pastry
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt, divided

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Combine potatoes and water in a skillet and cook them over medium heat for 15 minutes
  2. Transfer the potatoes and remaining water into a bowl and set aside
